SSENC/RESSC representatives were invited to take part in Canada’s History’s national meeting in Gatineau on July 11-12. Participants and presenters included educators from Kitigan Zibi Cultural Centre, Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum, researchers with the Thinking Historically for Canada’s Future project and Canadian Geographic Enterprises. In addition, educators learned about resources addressing A Black People’s History of Canada and provided by Canada’s National History Society as well as resources produced by SSENC/RESSC and its partners.
